Welcome to the Nirchi's Pizza Franchise process! Thank you for your inquiry of our Franchise Program. Review the information below which will give you an overview of the steps we'll take to get you started. If you're ready to move to the next step, then request a Franchise Application. You can do this by writing to Pizza Systems, Inc., P.O.Box 2457, Binghamton , NY 13902. The
purpose of this application is to provide us with an initial assessment
of your assets, both in personal talents and financial ability to operate
your own Nirchi' s Pizzeria. Meeting the requirements of this application
does not constitute an offer to award a franchise, however we hope it is
a successful start.
Upon receipt of this completed application, we will begin the process of
evaluation and you will then be contacted by a development agent.


General Franchise Services include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in site selection
o Lease/Purchase negotiation
o Franchise site approval
• Provide a START-UP PLAN
o A review that includes a comprehensive list of
Organizational costs
Inventory costs
Advertising/Promotional expenses
Equipment requirements
Construction build-out guidelines
o The plan also provides the franchisee with recommendations for working capital and general cash
reserves
• We offer a Training Program for Franchise principals and general staff
o Basic management
o New employee orientation
o Customer service
o Cash handling
o Kitchen operations
o Delivery service
o NYS Health Department requirements
o Pizza making
• Work with you to develop a marketing/promotional strategy
• Provide staff support for the store opening
Minimum Requirements:
• The Franchisee must be the operational manager. If the business structure includes members, corporate
officers, or partners, then there must adequate business back round among its members. Additionally,
the group must assign one member who would qualify as the operational, managing partner.
• The Franchisee, or managing partner, must reside in the area of development.
• The operational manager must have successful management experience in food service.
• Franchisee, or Franchise group, should have a net worth of $150,000 and $200,000 per restaurant in liquid
assets or available financing. The financial requirements listed represent targets that should allocate
adequate cash reserves for a typical start-up location, after the build-out is completed. However, each
location is evaluated individually, based on its business plan.
The Franchise Costs:
• Initial Franchise fee is $25,000.
• Franchise royalties are 6% sales, paid weekly
• Franchise regional advertising fees are not to exceed 2%, and local, store-specific advertising expenses
that represent an additional 1%
The Franchise Acceptance Process:
• Application/Credit report review
• Site/Development area approval
• A scheduled orientation seminar on the Nirchi' s Pizza program
• Upon initial approval, a franchise offering
• Proof of an adequate financing package
• If leasing a site, a proposed lease, contingent on financing and Franchise approval
• If purchasing a site, a signed letter of intent, contingent on financing and Franchise approval
• Franchise agreement review, signing and initial Franchise fee paid
• Site build-out, equipment procurement, and training
